What is Voltage?

The causes the flow of electrons in conductor, when circuit is closed is known as voltage. 

The unite of voltage is volt, and we use the electric circuits the voltmeter for measurement of voltages, which we use always in parallel to electric load.
The value of voltage is one volt across a circuit when due to that voltage a current of one ampere passes through it and circuit has a resistance of one ohm.
The value of voltage that will exist across a circuit is given by the below equations.
